|  | | 6a.m. Boot Camp. I have never been an early morning person until I started Boot camp. Weight has never been a problem for me, and I always thought of myself as physically fit since I play tennis and workout on my own schedule. After joining boot campI learned what physically fit really means. Boot Camp has made it possible for me to: trek 15,000 feeet in the Mt. Everest Region, do regular pushups, run a mile in less than eight minutes, increase my lower body strength by 100% and my upper body strength by 15% (that is also inproving). Boot Camp with Charles works your core, upper and lower body and cardio with a different routine every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Charles challenges and encourages you to do to do your personal best. I can't imagine going to boot camp without him, He truly is an inspiration.... |  |

|  | | I am absolutely surprised at how much I enjoy Boot Camp Challenge.I can say for certain that Boot Camp Challenge is by far the best work out that I've ever had. I pushed myself to a level that I didn't think possible and gained strength, stability and endurance. Charles's word of encouragment help me keep going. His positive motivation keeps you focused on what you can do and what you are capable of accomplishing. I feel better and have accomplished getting off blood pressure medication and my bone density test indicate some growth instead of loss...I couldn't of done it without Charles's Boot Camp Challenge...This camp will increase your endurance,flexibility and strength while you challenge yourself in ways you never would have on your own. It's been a year since my first camp, and I'm looking forward to another year of Boot Camp Challenge in 2009/10.....

I have more strength, energy and confidence than I've ever had. I've lost a lot of weight with a lot more to go. |  | | Charles's Boot Camp Challenge is simply the best! I'm not the person I once was. Of course I'm older...but I'm better. An early riser I never was. However, after almost two years of boot camp (M-W-F). I honestly don't mind it. The benefits of increased strength and endurance as well as increased muscle tone, far outweigh my desire to sleep in. Boot camp has been motivating, stimulating and challenging-and Charles has done what no one else has been able to-keep me coming back and pushing my limits. Anyone interested in improving their fitness and overall health should join us on the journey. This is a life changing experience!!

|  | | I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the program, and your great motivation and dedication. I feel great, and owe a lot of the thanks to you for making work-outs so much fun and a rewarding experience. After we finished the 2nd 6 week session, I got my test results back from my MD. My cholesterol is down and my blood pressure is normal(he wanted to medicate me a year ago). I also went skiing before Christmas, I'd only gone once before(last year) since my hip surgery 3 years ago. I always get a little fearful of falling and dislocating shattering the implant. Well, I got in a little trouble on a steeper run and thought I was going down hard for sure. I just set my edges and pulled up as hard as I could on my thighs(all those squats payed off)and I was able to pull out of a poorly initiated turn. I would of been too weak last year to do that. My surgeon can't believe the condition I am in-so much he cleared me for light running(as you know and don't let me forget)Thanks again for helping me get back on track to healthier living...

|  | | Charles, your bootcamps have changed the way I look, the way I feel, and the way I approach exercise and nutrition. When I started the first bootcamp with you in June 2006, I weighed 232 lbs, could run a mile in about 7min30sec and only do 28 situps in a minute. Now I weigh 208 can run a mile in 6min30sec and can do over 40 situps per minute. My pushups have remained the same. I get a lot of compliments and most of all questions about how i lost all the weight and got toned.I am 45 years of age and like some of the commercials on TV say "I am in the best shape of my life" You are never too old to change things. The biggest change I have seen is with my core. I never paid much attention to it, but having a strong core seems to be one of the most important parts of being fit. Charles, your bootcamp classes are nothing less than awesome in every way. From the motivation you bring, to the intense workouts, nothing is lacking....
