|  | | Boot Camp Challenge is a fun and challenging way to get in shape. I was new to town when I first joined and had not worked out in several months. Each workout is unique and never gets repetitive. Sherry not only focuses on working every muscle but also has excellent food and nutrition information and support. My cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone has improved tremendously. I have met many fun ladies that I enjoy working out with. Sherry makes us all stay accountable. |  |

|  | | This is my first session of Boot Camp Challenge. I do not workout every day but wanted to start something after New Year's. With two little ones and a very busy schedule I always found an excuse not to exercise. Sherry makes you accountable! I am the type of person that needs to be pushed and being in a group makes me strive to work harder and reach goals. I have only completed 3 weeks of boot camp and already lost 7 pounds and some inches. Food journaling had never crossed my mind until I met Sherry but it has really helped me watch what I eat. Boot camp is a lot of fun, lots of laughing and I will definitely be signing up for the next session of boot camp and continue until I reach all my goals. Thanks Sherry!

|  | | I am currently attending my second 6 week session of Boot Camp Challenge and I absolutely love it. I have been very fortunate that I've never had a weight problem but thin does not necessarily mean healthy. I have learned to eat and snack better and I physically look and feel stronger. The class is targeted to all ages, shapes and sizes. Sherry has taught us how to take a simple exercise and modify it to fit our individual fitness level. She challenges us in each and every class and I look forward to making Boot Camp Challenge a part of my regular routine.

|  | | Sherry's Boot Camp Challenge is a fun way to get a fantastic workout. I honestly look forward to every session. After having my twin boys I found it difficult to get motivated to go to the gym. The thought of walking into a boring gym and running on the treadmill was very unappealing. Sherry changes up the workouts and keeps it challenging and interesting. I'm feeling healthier and stronger these days and it's all thanks to Sherry!

|  | Sherry's Boot Camp Challenge is a true motivator. If you want to start working out after years of being a couch potato, kickstart your weight loss, or just ramp up your current workout, then Boot Camp Challenge is definitely worth your time.
As an instructor, Sherry takes time to work with you personally on your own workout and nutrition goals. She also gives you modifications for each exercise in case you have to work with an old injury, or even a more challenging way to do an exercise if you need it.
I came to Sherry's class exactly 7 weeks before my wedding. I had been working out on my own, but I knew I needed extra motivation to fit in my workouts during those weeks when I would be the most stressed. I have never been an early morning person but after working out with Sherry for a couple of weeks I felt renewed with the energy I had every morning. By the time I get to work I've already done my exercise for the day and I literally feel refreshed and awake and ready to face the day!
During the 6 week Boot Camp Challenge I lost 12 pounds and 5.4% body fat. I wanted to look my best for my wedding day and I have to admit I was definitely happy with the results.

|  | | I've just finished my first boot camp with Sherry and will be doing it again! Let me just say I've never been one to exercise, and I have been able to stick with this program. Sherry is very professional and organized. She does a great job of managing various fitness levels (from beginner to advanced), while challenging everyone. She has a positive attitude, but is not afraid to say what needs to be said (concerning fitness, food, etc.) I have more energy to keep up with my 6 month old and my 3 year old.....and as an addded bonus I met my goal to lose 10 pounds!

|  | | My Boot Camp Challenge experience led to a very positive lifestyle change not only for me but for my entire family. By doing Boot Camp I have greatly improved my strength and have lost 45 pounds and 22 inches. I have been successful because of the challenging workouts along with the many other components of Boot Camp Challenge which include: food journaling, camaraderie, accountability and the encouragement that Sherry provides. The thought of starting was intimidating at first since I had not worked out in years. However, Sherry is great about presenting exercises at different fitness levels as you get stronger and based on your fitness level. When I first started I did the majority of my pushups on my knees and now I can do sets of pushups using only one leg. Sherry challenges us physically and teaches us about nutritional changes that have transformed my family's lifestyle. Making changes we can live with and being consistent has been key. My husband has even lost 38 lbs by keeping a food journal and making better nutritional choices as well. I am not only pleased with all the results and success that I have experienced participating in Boot Camp Challenge, but I am also very GRATEFUL. Thanks Sherry!

|  | | Sherry's Boot Camp Challenge was a great way to kick-start me into taking better care of myself and disciplining myself on what to eat to lose weight. Sherry takes a personal interest in each person and helps us to stick with it!! Not only did I lose a total of 10 inches in just 6 weeks I also lost 5% body fat. The food journaling was a great way for me to understand what I'm really eating. I recommend Boot Camp Challenge to anyone....thanks Sherry!

|  | | I highly recommend Sherry's Boot Camp Challenge. I'm in my mid-thirties and have realized over the last few years that my energy level has slowly decreased. Of course I realize the correlation but could always find a good TV show on or book to read or something else that seemed better than getting myself up off the couch and exercising. I would set up exercise plans for myself and get bored doing the same thing. I needed something to motivate me. Sherry's Boot Camp Challenge did just that. Each day of Boot Camp is a unique plan to work different parts of the body, so it keeps it interesting. Additionally, the nutritional tips were helpful to understand how the food we eat also plays a part in our overall health and fitness. At the end of Boot Camp I had a newfound energy that I haven't had in a long time!
