|  | | I’m not going to lie and say I love exercise, because I don’t. In fact, if I could live a sedentary lifestyle and maintain my amazing physique, I would. Unfortunately such is not the case. So it came as a shock to me that I enjoyed Josh Vogt’s Boot Camp Challenge as much as I did. The exercises he has you do wakes up muscles you may have forgotten that you had. Josh creates his exercise so that you are guaranteed a total body workout. He incorporates weights, cardio, and endurance in every session. You’ll do everything from burpies (if you want to find out what these are, take the class:) to run the mile. After 3 months of boot camp, I took a minute off my mile and lost 6.9% body fat. Invest in yourself. You will not regret taking Josh Vogt’s Boot Camp Challenge. Hoo-aah! |  |

|  | | My two cents worth....AMAZING! This type of program is what is missing from the weight loss programs I have tried. I am in my 50s and I have always struggled keeping focused on the exercise piece. When you are exercising with a group, you are still working at your level and responsible for pushing yourself which this definitely does. And, of course, seeing a difference in your clothes during that first week, helps keep you motivated! This is my husband's and my 2nd boot camp. Thank you Josh!

|  | | Kicked My A**! I thought I was in half way good shape. Not so much. Aside form the tremendous physical benefits, this has shown me I need to commit more. My wife and I completed one 6 week session and are now back for more. This is the best thing I have done for myself bar none. Hoo-Aah!

|  | | Love it! I have joined a few of the sessions in Manhattan and they are great! It gets me up and motivated, the workouts vary so they stay interesting, and the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I have a few physical limitations and they are good at finding a comfortable alternative to anything I can't do so I am assured a great workout every time. I'll be joining again on the next session and plan to continue for as long as they will take me!
