Hello and Welcome to Boot Camp Challenge® for the Philadelphia area!
My name is John Essel. I am a nationally certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a nationally certified Group Exercise Trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America® (AFAA). In addition, I hold a certification in Johnny G® Spin, Less Mills® Body Pump® and in Muscle Confusion.
 
Boot Camp Challenge is not just a workout regime. It is a health and wellness program that incorporates pre and post assessments, nutrition awareness, muscle confusion style training and creates a community of support and encouragement. For those of you who have ordered at-home workout DVDs that never see the light of day or the latest workout equipment that turns into an expensive clothes rack come on out and join the camp and let us help you achieve your wellness goals!
 
The camp is six weeks in length.  An Assessment is conducted at the beginning of the camp to determine your initial fitness level and for a baseline measurement. A final Assessment is conducted again at the end of the 6 week camp to measure your improvement. The nutrition log will be based on your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and will raise your awareness of how you are fueling your body. The workouts vary and no two workouts are the same. The workouts consist of a warm-up run for 10 minutes, then we utilize your own body weight for the strength training exercises. Some workouts are partner or team based and others you will work individually. You will work your upper body, lower body and core muscles in all workouts.

Payment:

We accept cash or checks. If paying by check, please make it out to Restoration Fitness.

 

Standard Pricing:All New Recruits are required to complete the full 6 week camp.

 6 Week Camp - (3 Days a Week) 18 classes - $220

These classes must be used within the 6 week timeframe of the respective camp. Once you

are signed up for a camp you are welcome to attend any of the other locations and times

available for that 6 week camp. Any make up session must be made with the respective 6

week timeframe.  




VIP Pricing:Must complete one full six week camp to be eligible.

6 Week Camp - 15 classes - $190

6 Week Camp - 12 classes - $165

6 Week Camp - 9 classes - $135

These classes must be used within the 6 week timeframe of the respective camp. Once you

are signed up for a camp you are welcome to attend any of the other locations and times

available for that 6 week camp. Any make up session must be made with the respective 6

week timeframe.

 

 

Discounts:Pay As You Go pricing is not eligible for the discount.

We offer a 10% discount off of your camp fee for each new recruit you bring that signs up

for a full price camp.
