My name is Richard Glennon - owner of Total Fitness Solutions in Palm Beach County featuring Boot Camp Challenge.

I have been training people since 1992 and became ACE certified in 1998. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1995.

TFS specializes in personal training,massage therapy and nutritional counseling. Our primary focus is to provide our services to our clients in the convenience of their homes. 

Boot Camp Challenge is a group exercise program directed by a qualified professional, who will push you beyond what you could do on your own. We will advance you through challenging drills that will get you the results you want and deserve. While becoming stronger, leaner and more confident you will have FUN and I guarantee you'll keep coming back for more!!
