Niesje,> As an avid exerciser for over 35 years, I have always needed to be challenged with exercise. Recently I noticed that I was getting very bored with the same old gym routine and not feeling like I was getting anymore positive results with exercise. Knowing that exercise overall is good for you, I knew my heart was getting a workout but I felt like I was putting forth a lot of effort without visible results. Wow! Did bootcamp sure make a difference. In 6 weeks I decreased my body fat from 19.6% to 16 %. I never thought that this would be possible. I felt that I was what I was and would not improve more than I had. I also lost inches in my waist, thighs and hips. All in six weeks. I've belonged to multiple gyms, done numerous types of exercise classes, including kickboxing, swimming, bench classes and aerobics. I've been running for over 10 years and training for marathons. Though I felt terrific, I never "SAW" the results that I can now. The continuous change of exercises constantly challenges multiple muscle groups and your metabolism is continuously reved. I can actually see muscle definition in my triceps, biceps, abdominals and quadriceps. I would highly encourage anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness level, decrease body fat, gain strength, lose weight and overall feel highly energized and motivated to put bootcamp into their exercise routine. Niesje is a great motivator and is able to get the most out of her class participants. and she looks awesome too! (I guess she walks the walk) For anyone who wants to be at their optimum fitness level, this is the program for you.

Joining the Boot Camp Challenge is the best lifestyle change I ever made for myself. Before Boot Camp I couldn't even run to the mailbox and my weekly exercise routine consisted of walking up and down the aisles at Target!

I admit that on my first day I was intimidated when I saw the great shape that Stephanie is in because I never thought I would be able to perform up to the level she would require of us, but I am happy to say that I was very wrong. Stephanie is an excellent motivator and allows us each to perform at our own levels because she realizes that we are all at different stages of fitness. I am not made to feel as if I am in competition with my fellow Boot Campers but yet I have learned to compete with myself to try to go farther than I did the week before. She encourages and pushes us to take our workouts to the next level in a way that has never made me feel that I was "failing" to perform. Even though our workouts are in a group setting, it's like having a personal trainer because Stephanie gives a lot of personal attention, instruction and motivation to each Boot Camper.

We do exercises in Boot Camp that I NEVER would have thought I could do before and I definitely never would have pushed myself to try. Before starting this program I knew that exercise was important to a healthy lifestyle but I never had the motivation to do it on my own and I now can't imagine not doing it. I recently started my fourth session and as a result of the first three I lost a total of 44 pounds and 24 inches between January 22nd and June 5th, and I credit all of my success to Stephanie's Boot Camp program and her positive motivation. Stephanie, thank you for giving me my health back along with a new level of confidence!!!

I wanted to tell you that I have been LOVING boot camp. Yesterday before class I told you that I hadn't really seen much difference in myself, but while we were running our shuttles it felt so much different than it did a couple weeks ago. I was not only able to run without hurting, I was able to PUSH myself instead of trying to keep up! I felt fast! Something I have NEVER felt in my life because I was never a runner. I was able to beat my own times and I was shocked when I realized I was running at the same speed as some of the other people in the class. Even the ones that I thought were SO fast!


It's so great to be around people that are so supportive! I really feel that has a lot to do with why it works and why everyone keeps coming back to your class. Leadership is more than telling people what to do, it's encouraging and building on the strengths of others... and you got it, girl! Not only are you there for all of us, I notice that it's rubbed off on the whole class. We are a team and I LOVE that! The camaraderie is amazing! Actually, it's more than that... it's powerful!

This has really changed my life in so many ways. I have a level of energy and strength that I have never experienced before AND I look forward to working out! Wow! THAT is an accomplishment within itself. Your program is not only a way to get in shape, but it also gets your attitude and confidence in shape. I say this because I find myself accomplishing physical tasks that I never imagined doing before! Not to mention that when I tell others what I'm doing they say, "I could never do that!" I merely shake my head and respond, "If I can do it so can you. You would be surprised to find out what you are capable of." It's amazing how the world now perceives me. My family and friends look at me as a strong woman. I like that and will continue to live up to their expectations because hopefully they will do the same thing for themselves; get fit!

I'm proud to be a Boot Camper Challenger!

My friend convinced me to sign up for this Boot Camp class with her. I agreed but was worried about what I was getting myself into. I was attending Weight Watchers on a regular basis & was seeing weight loss results but wasn't exercising regularly. I thought this would be a good jumpstart for me. The class was intense. It really pushed me. I wasn't sure that I could do it for 6 weeks. However each class got easier as I got stronger. I was so proud of what I was accomplishing. When the 6 weeks were up I lost 4% body fat & over 7.5". I was thrilled! In fact I have signed up for the next session. Stephanie has designed very challenging yet fun classes. No two classes are alike so there is always something new to look forward too. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. If you want to look better & feel better, take this class!!!

I have been working out for over 20 years and still have issues with body fat. I used personal trainers, group exercise classes, weight training and I ran a marathon last year. My body fat index was on the high side going into the boot camp but at the end it was down 4% within the healthy range. I feel great. I think the reason Boot Camp worked over the others is because Stephanie never did the same exercise twice. My body never had a chance to get use to the exercise. Plus using a personal trainer in a group class pushed me even harder. I know I pushed hard to keep up with the other campers. Every Boot Camp hour completely shocked my muscles and got them to change again. I could feel the changes in my body as the weeks went by. After being off for a week, I miss it! I already feel like I am not exercising hard enough on my own. I will sign up a I would recommend Boot Camp to anyone who needs and wants to be challenged. It will make you stronger, faster and smaller!

I signed up for Stephanie's Boot Camp being no stranger to physical fitness. I had already been doing some form of exercise six days a week, whether it be spinning, rollerskating, playing volleyball or doing cardio at the gym. But I can honestly say, Boot Camp challenged me in new and different ways. I was pushed harder than I ever pushed myself. I found myself thriving in the group fitness environment as my individual competitiveness found a venue. I even began looking forward to the soreness I'd feel after an hour at morning Boot Camp because I felt accomplished the rest of the day. Best of all, I was able to just be a participant with the full trust that Stephanie had put together a workout that was guaranteed to push me.

An effective instructor, Stephanie is able to pinpoint what motivates each individual, from the everyday athlete, to those that have never before worked out in their lives. Each individual, regardless of background or experience will find themselves improving and making strides in their personal physical fitness goals. I am definitely a believer in the Boot Camp Challenge.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my first experience with your Boot Camp Challenge! For me, a stay at home mom and one who exercises several times a week, your class was a great way to meet new people of all fitness levels and such a positive way to spend an hour during these wintery days!!!!! I think one of the things I enjoyed most was the wide variety of exercises you offered each class. Even though it was hard, individuals could gear it to their own fitness levels. It was fun for me to see not only my own improvements, but those of everyone around me! I would definitely encourage others, on any fitness level, to join in the fun... see you next session!

The Boot Camp was the best thing I've ever done for my health and self-esteem. I looked forward to getting up at 4:30 am every workout day and I really mean that. I've eaten healthy the whole time and look forward to going to bed early for Boot Camp!

I was very skeptical about attending Boot Camp, just the name alone is very intimidating in and of itself. My daughter asked me to attend with her, and we all know that if you are accountable to someone you have more success, so I did. I thought, "no way will I be able to do that". It wasn't long before I realized that I could. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, and a real professional. You realize very quickly that she knows what she is talking about. What I like about the classes is that she encourages you but does not force you to do anything beyond your own capabilities. It has been very gratifying to see the success with regard to my own personal goals, and the best thing about it is that I feel so much better. Stephanie makes it fun and every class has a different twist. I am now hooked on Boot Camp.
