My name is Tanya, and I am the owner of the Boot Camp Challenge license. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 14 years. First, I started by mastering the principles of dance (classical ballet, tap & jazz) for 12 years before shifting my focus to weight training, yoga, Pilates, aerobic training and overall physical fitness.

I was trained and mentored by a Professional Natural Bodybuilding Champion who opened the door to a whole new lifestyle. I then decided to continue my education in the fitness industry by obtaining a Personal Fitness Certification with the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA) to help others change their life and/or just improve its quality. I am certified on Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening, a specialized lengthening technique used by top athletes, but mandatory for anyone looking for optimal range of motion, flexibility, fascia release, and stress relief.
I am a member of "New York Strength", working towards Master Trainer. I hold certifications in Upper & Lower Body Muscle Mastery, Precision Cuisine & Wellness Coaching. I am also certified in yoga through YogaFit.
I am also working on becoming a Specialist in Performance Nutrition. Wellness & nutrition are also a passion of mine and I love to share the exciting things I learn.

I currently promote and launch Boot Camp Challenge in Brooklyn, NYC and Long Island areas with the hopes of changing lives one push-up at a time!

Boot Camp Instructor/Trainer - Stephanie Miller

Stephanie Miller has been an instructor with Tanya’s Boot Camp Challenge since 2008. She is creative, dedicated and always gives her all.

Stephanie believes that every class should send ’em home crying! Well, actually, no one has cried yet, but there have been a few whimpers.... Work hard and commit to the group is her real philosophy. Since joining Tanya’s Boot Camp Challenge, she has witnessed the amazing difference in the groups’ dynamic to achieving their fitness goals.

Stephanie is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified fitness professional and has taught various fitness classes for every level of student for over 10 years and has been a personal trainer for over 5 years for all ages and ranges of personal fitness goals. "Each individual works at their own level, and at Tanya’s Boot Camp Challenge" we all motivate each other to be our best.
